As a Lawn Care Professional, you will be responsible for servicing customers’ lawns and providing accurate lawn analyses, while offering amazing customer service. This is a great opportunity for those looking to expand their technical skill set while working outdoors. This is an entry-level part-time position with the potential for future advancement to full-time, offering candidates a promising opportunity to grow within our company.
*This position does not entail any lawn mowing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Applying fertilizer, treating weeds, and performing other professional applications
Accurately measuring lawns, providing lawn care quotes
Completing lawn analyses and making service recommendations
Interacting with customers and ensuring top-of-the-line service
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Advanced problem-solving skills
Proven time management
Willing to become certified to apply pesticides
Ability to carry up to 50 pounds
Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time
Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
Valid driver’s license
Education
High school education (or current high school students)
Experience
Previous sales or industry experience is an asset but is not required!
